Owning a 2018 Land Rover Range Rover has been a dream come true for me. However, shortly after purchasing it, I got a coolant warning, which required frequent top-ups. I couldn’t find any leaks, but it was a bit concerning as a new owner. That said, the car itself is incredible—luxurious, powerful, and everything I’ve ever wanted. If you’re thinking of getting one, be prepared for potential maintenance issues, and I highly recommend ensuring you have a good MBI (Mechanical Breakdown Insurance) warranty to cover unexpected repairs. It will save you a lot of stress.

We have found the tyres are more noisy than the ones on the RR (2016) we traded. Not sure why, apart from being a different brand. The exhaust note, and engine are also slightly different. Otherwise it is a very sophisticated and wonderful driving car, with bags of power, and tows the boat well. Really comfortable, and smart looking. Now, about those servicing and parts costs……….! Not a cheap vehicle to own!

Vehicle is very comfortable and has plenty of power. It is perfect for long drives.
